At New Dawn Lettings we know that the tenant is just as important as the landlord. Many agents look at the tenant as secondary to the letting market. New Dawn Lettings understands that without you there would be no properties to let!! You are our client and we will work with you.
We want to find the right property for you and want to ensure you move is as pain free as possible.
We will meet with you at a meeting place of your choice and will ascertain what you need, what you would like and more importantly where you would like to be. We will offer advice on local schools, clubs etc and be on hand to ensure the headache of moving is removed.
Once we have found your ideal property we will then take up references to ascertain affordability etc. The more information you provide us at this stage, the better!

After you have successfully completed the referencing process – this usually takes approximately 5 days – we will ask you for one month’s rent in advance plus a deposit – being the equivalent of one month’s rent – that’s it. It couldn’t be simpler!
We will draw up the necessary paperwork, provide you with an inventory of your chosen property and be on hand if you have any questions or problems throughout your tenancy.
