New Dawn Lettings & Re-Locations offers a unique, bespoke service to the property industry.
We have many developer clients who require the services of a consultant to maximise their property’s full potential.
We will meet with the developer either at planning stage or when a site is ready to hand over. We will provide strategy advice and plan advertising campaigns. We can hold launch weekends, open days or simply provide the tools to hand a site over to a selling agent, safe in the knowledge that the development will sell.
Some developers look to keep their sites and let each unit – not a problem! Through our letting arm we will work in partnership with our clients to provide the best end result.
Our consultancy service is also used by clients where they are moving into or within the Devon area but have no idea on location; schools etc and simply do not have the time to travel every week to view properties, look at schools and tackle the mammoth task of relocating.

Our service is bespoke and tailored to suit each individual. We provide a free consultation and provide you with the best strategy. We will ascertain your needs and wants and when instructed will view properties on your behalf. Once we have a shortlist available we will then ask you to make the journey to view a select handful of properties. We will liaise with estate agents; solicitors; schools etc on your behalf and will make your whole relocation enjoyable – removing the headache and offering you peace of mind.
We can handle negotiations on your behalf and will see your move through to completion. We are basically here to “hold your hand”.
We have been asked to speak as guest presenter to national organisations ranging from the NFRL and NLA to local landlord associations. We have attended new build forums and have first hand experience in selling new developments and moving people into and within the Devon area. We have held exhibitions for landlords, developers and estate agents alike.
