New Dawn Sales has been set up because of the demand from previous clients asking if we would sell their property for them. With an extensive knowledge of property sales in the area and having over 15 years experience in selling properties it is the most natural step to take for a busy, local business.
We will meet with the seller in the comfort of their home and provide a free full comprehensive service. From advice on HIPS to advertising, through to chasing sales and seeing the transaction to completion. We will hold the seller’s hand until they tell us to let go!
We can put both the seller and purchaser in touch with local solicitors, mortgage advisors, tradesmen and will arrange the HIPS if instructed.
Having an agent working with you greatly improves the quality of service both sellers and purchasers expect to receive. Although fees are obtained via the seller on successful completion of a transaction, we know that our purchasers are our next clients and will tell friends and family about us. We know negative comments spread faster and wider than any positive and we strive to ensure the whole process, whether selling or purchasing is as hassle free as possible.
