We can provide you with the tools and know how to purchase your next investment; add to your portfolio or simply to purchase your first buy to let. Once you are ready to market your rental property New Dawn Lettings will “hold your hand” through the whole process.

• Tenant Find Only

  
  

  We will provide you with a full market appraisal and offer you the best advice on how to manage your own property; giving you the latest updates on legislation – then it’s over to us!
  
  

  We will find and fully reference your prospective tenant; set up the necessary contracts; provide an inventory and “check in” the tenant. Once all parties are happy we will hand the management over to you.

  Again, we provide you with a full market appraisal and once you are ready we will simply “take over”.
  
  

  We will find and fully reference any prospective tenant. We will draw up the necessary contracts and will provide you and your tenant with a detailed inventory. Once the tenant has moved in we will carry out 3 monthly inspections at the property. This not only allows us to ensure your investment is being looked after but allows us to “touch base” with the tenant to make sure they are happy in their home.
  
  

  We will collect rents on your behalf, providing you with monthly statements.  If the tenant decides to leave after the tenancy agreement has expired we will provide a “check out” inspection and will ensure your property is as it should be.
  
  

  We do not simply move a tenant into your property and then leave you to chase us. We will contact you regularly giving you updates as to the tenancy. Our aim is to keep you as a client for life!
